Johnny Santiago is one of those cool cats with a hyphenated professional identity. This actor-restaurateur-entrepeneur (he's also the creator of a conceptual band called Bootä ) just moved back to Manhattan from Los Angeles (he's a native New Yorker) to nurture his latest project, the recently opened Jo's -- an American bistro in NoLIta named after his mom, Josephine (awww). He opened the pub-like eatery with two friends (Kevin Felker of Barmarché and Pastis, and Jim Chu of White Rabbit) who have created both a vibe and menu that is memorable and fun.
